4. when there is an emergency related to user’s safety
5. when planning to carry out the following activities, among others:

• sale and purchase of assets;
• restructuring; and
• there is financing from Other Parties where the implementation involves AlloFresh as a party in the activity.

6. for marketing activities, service improvement, and maintenance of AlloFresh service quality by sharing it with vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and/or other third parties;
7. in the need for communication between users and third party logistics providers to deliver user products; and/or
8. to support other purposes as stated in this privacy policy.
