Can I return and change defective electronic products?

You can contact CS and send product unboxing video, product photo/video, order ID, warranty card, description of the damage within 1x24 hours of receiving the product. AlloFresh team will replace the problem product after careful assessment and state that the product is experiencing problems and can be replaced. After 1x24 hours from the time the product is received, problems with the product will follow the warranty provisions attached to the product.
