Why did my order status change to "Completed" when I haven't received it?

If you haven't received the order, you can file a complaint within 1x24 hours after your order status changes to "Completed".


Follow these steps to file your complaint:

  1. Go to Order menu.
  2. Under the Completed tab find the transaction and click Contact CS.
