AlloFresh is using third party logistic services to send the orders. AlloFresh provides two delivery options users can choose:

Scheduled: order will be delivered according to the selected hour and day
Instant: order will be delivered within 2 hours after order is paid

If an order is not yet delivered on the specified time limit, users can contact AlloFresh CS to get the best solution.
