To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you agree that AlloFresh (including its directors, officers, and/or affiliates) shall not be liable for any damages, loss of money, reputation, profits, and/or losses directly or indirectly arising from:

1. User’s inability in using AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
2. Delays or interruptions in accessing AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
3. Negligence and/or losses that is not caused from AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
4. Defamation of Other Parties;
5. Misuse of purchased products;
6. Loss due to transactions or purchases that are intentionally or unintentionally made using payment methods and/or other services provided by AlloFresh;
7. Delivery for repair/replacement of products that are officially guaranteed by the manufacturer.
8. Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools, hacking tools) obtained by accessing, or connecting to AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
9. Any glitches, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
10. Damage to the user's hardware from the use of the AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
11. Any hacking action taken by a third party to the user's account; or
12. The contents, actions, or inaction of third parties, including in relation to products in the application or website that are allegedly counterfeit.
