I. Return and Refund

1. You can return your products if:

  • There is any defect on product packaging or component (caused by delivery process) when you receive your order.
  • The order you have received is incomplete or doesn't match your order (in unit or product type).

2. You can request a product return 1x24 hours on the same day you receive your order.

 

3. Refunds can be done if some products or all products you have ordered are unavailable.

 

4. Refund process can be done through different payment methods used during the order process.5. The time required for the refund process max is 7 working days starting from the day of refund process approval and the user has fulfilled all refund requirements.

 

6. If there is a partial unfulfillment, the delivery cost will not be refunded to the customer.
