User agrees to release AlloFresh from all claims for damages and defend AlloFresh from all demands, claims, and/or other legal remedies (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) related to damages (including but not limited to monetary, reputational, and all other forms of losses) from any party that directly or indirectly arises from the following User’s act:

1. Breach of any and/or all provisions of these terms and conditions;
2. Improper use of AlloFresh Application and/or AlloFresh Website;
3. Use of products and/or services offered from third parties outside of AlloFresh Application; or
4. Violation of applicable laws and regulations that may affect third parties.
