What if my account verification failed?

Verification process may fail when you type a wrong verification code or pass the validity period of the verification code. When this happens, you may tap or click "Resend via SMS" or “Resend via Whatsapp”. Type in the new code and continue the verification process. You can only request for new code 3x and when you use all of them you will have to wait for 24 hours before you can request a new one.
