Why am I not getting notifications from Allofresh?
When you don’t get any notifications, you can do the following steps:
Push Notification
- Make sure you are signed in to the AlloFresh application.
- Make sure your device settings don't prevent AlloFresh app from sending push notification.
- Make sure push notification is enabled in notification settings.
- If you still don't receive any push notifications, please contact CS.
SMS
- Make sure you have registered with an active mobile number that is able to receive SMS.
- Make sure your SMS inbox is not full.
- Make sure SMS is enabled in notification settings.
- If you still don't receive any SMS, please contact CS.
