Why am I not getting notifications from Allofresh?

When you don’t get any notifications, you can do the following steps:


Push Notification

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the AlloFresh application.
  2. Make sure your device settings don't prevent AlloFresh app from sending push notification. 
  3. Make sure push notification is enabled in notification settings. 
  4. If you still don't receive any push notifications, please contact CS.

SMS

  1. Make sure you have registered with an active mobile number that is able to receive SMS.
  2. Make sure your SMS inbox is not full.
  3. Make sure SMS is enabled in notification settings.
  4. If you still don't receive any SMS, please contact CS.
