Term and Conditions Allofresh X Traveloka Loyalty Points

Syarat dan Ketentuan:

1. Periode promo: 1 November 2023 – 31 Januari 2024
2. Potongan diskon Rp25.000 tanpa minimum transaksi
3. Voucher hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1x transaksi oleh pengguna baru yang belum pernah melakukan transaksi apapun di AlloFresh.
4. Voucher tidak berlaku untuk pembelian produk Susu Bayi (0-6 Bulan)
5. Voucher tidak dapat digabungkan dengan potongan pembayaran lainnya, kecuali potongan pembayaran gratis ongkir dan payment discount yang membuat ketentuan potongan pembayaran ini terikat dengan syarat dan ketentuan AlloFresh. 
6. Pengguna wajib memperhatikan masa berlaku promo, sebagaimana potongan pembayaran tidak berlaku jika sudah melewati batas waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh AlloFresh. Jika masa berlaku potongan pembayaran sudah habis, AlloFresh tidak bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penggantian potongan pembayaran / memenuhi permintaan ganti rugi dari pengguna. 
7. AlloFresh berhak melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang diperlukan apabila ditemukan kecurangan/manipulasi, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
8. Hati-hati dengan penipuan yang mengatasnamakan AlloFresh. Promo resmi hanya diinformasikan melalui aplikasi, media sosial dan situs resmi AlloFresh (www.allofresh.id) dan AlloFresh tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh kerugian yang timbul atas penipuan yang dialami pengguna. 
9. AlloFresh berhak mengubah syarat dan ketentuan berlaku tanpa pemberitahuan lebih dahulu. Dengan demikian, pengguna diwajibkan untuk membaca dengan seksama syarat dan ketentuan Potongan Pembayaran yang berlaku. 
10. Dengan mengikuti program ini, pengguna dianggap memahami dan menyetujui bahwa syarat dan ketentuan ini tidak terpisahkan dengan syarat dan ketentuan penggunaan AlloFresh.
11. Tidak berlaku untuk payment on delivery

Cara Menggunakan Voucher

1. Download AlloFresh App versi terbaru di Play Store (Android) atau App Store (iOS) 
2. Pilih produk yang diinginkan (sembako, snack, elektronik, kebutuhan rumah tangga, dll)
3. Klik keranjang, lalu click checkout 
4. Pilih delivery atau pick up
5. Isi Informasi pembeli dan alamat pengiriman
6. Pilih metode pembayaran (bank atau e-wallet)
7. Masukan kode voucher unik dan klik gunakan voucher
8. Klik bayar
9. Selesai

Term and Conditions

1. Promotion period: November 1, 2023 – January 31, 2024 
2. Discount of Rp25,000 with no minimum transaction required 
3. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction by new users who have never made any transactions on AlloFresh. 
4. The voucher is not valid for the purchase of Baby Milk products (0-6 months). 
5. The voucher cannot be combined with other payment discounts, except for free shipping & payment discounts that are subject to the terms and conditions of AlloFresh.
6.  Users must pay attention to the promo’s validity period, as the payment discount will not be valid if it exceeds the time limit set by AlloFresh. If the payment discount’s validity period has expired, AlloFresh is not responsible for replacing the payment discount or fulfilling user compensation requests.
7.  AlloFresh reserves the right to take necessary actions in case of fraud or manipulation, without prior notice.
8.  Beware of scams claiming to be from AlloFresh. Official promotions are only communicated through the app, social media, and the official AlloFresh website (www.allofresh.id), and AlloFresh is not responsible for any losses incurred due to user experiences with scams. 
9. AlloFresh reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Therefore, users are required to carefully read and understand the applicable Payment Discount terms and conditions. 
10. By participating in this program, users are considered to understand and agree that these terms and conditions are inseparable from AlloFresh’s terms and conditions of use.
